Payment
The Conference Fee can be paid by:
Credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard, JBC, Diners Club, American Express) via Austropa's secure web form (during registration) is recommended.

Payments are accepted in EURO only!
Cancellation
Registration: In case of cancellation before January 22, 2016 80% of the total fee will be refunded. No refund is possible for cancellations after this date.
Hotel: Changes or cancellations of confirmed bookings must be sent in writing exclusively to Austropa Interconvention. If you cancel your hotel reservation before December 28, 2015 an administration fee of Euro 50,- per room will be charged. No refund of the hotel deposit paid can be made on cancellations received after December 28, 2015 or for No-Show. In case of No-Show the hotel reservation will be released after the first night. The number of nights booked in advance is the basis for billing.
