The 14th Vienna Conference on Instrumentation (VCI2016) will be held in Vienna from 15-19 February 2016. An associated Industrial Exhibition will be organized in two parts Monday-Wednesday (15-17 February) and Thursday-Friday (18-19 February), to which we would like to invite your company to participate.

Vienna Conference on Instrumentation is the new name since 2001 of the series of former Vienna Wire Chamber Conferences founded by the Institute of High Energy Physics of the Austrian Academy of Sciences. The first Vienna Conference took place in 1978. The present Conference will be the 14th Conference of this series.

The Conference will take place in the Vienna University of Technology. This place is near the Vienna Opera, right in the centre of the city. Approximately 300 participants from around 30 countries usually attend the Conference. Several participants are decision-making members of large research centres in the field of nuclear and particle physics or other disciplines mentioned above. Many young researchers will be encouraged to attend the Conference.

The exhibition time is either the first three days of the Conference (15-17 February 2016) or the latter two days (18-19 February 2016). The location of the exhibition is close to the exits of the main Conference Hall. During coffee breaks the coffee will be served in this area. Sufficient time for visiting the exhibition without talks is foreseen.

Sponsoring companies are named the exclusive official sponsor of this event and are included in the Conference Program (one page will be devoted to each event). Invoice

For booking an exhibition area, please complete the booking form and return it by fax (+43-1-5447328-54) or e-mail to the organisers. Upon receipt of your definite order the conference office will send an invoice to your address. Full advance payment is required.

Cancellation

Any changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing to the chairman of the organising committee M. Krammer. Upon receipt of a written cancellation notice before January 15, 2016, 80% of the total fee will be refunded. No refund can be made for cancellation after this date. Any refunds will be made after the Conference.
