Our partner AUSTROPA Interconvention has pre-booked rooms in selected hotels of different categories which are very close to the Conference Venue. These rooms will be allocated to participants without any handling fee.

The offers range from basic, reasonable priced rooms starting at a rate of 65 Euros per night up to premium class 4-Star Hotels.

We recommend that you make your hotel reservation no later than 28 December, 2015. After that date availability of rooms and rates cannot be guaranteed.

The Local Organizing Committee noticed that a service provider contacted a number of individuals who are attending the VCI2016, quoting the event, to offer hotel reservation services.

Please note that Congress organizers did not authorize them to contact participants. If you are contacted by them by phone or emails using the VCI2016, the name of our partner Austropa Interconvention or our name, and offering hotel reservation services, we urge participants not to sign anything.
